About Us

Armultra Ltd has been established in Great Yarmouth since 1985. The company was formed to initially manufacture industrial freezers, pressure vessels and refrigeration packages. The range of services provided rapidly expanded to include factory maintenance and machinery overhaul.

The company moved to a purpose built factory in 2001. The new factory allowed the company to expand in size, and the range of services it is able to offer its clients. The site consists of two large work areas allowing segregation between exotic and carbon steels. The site also has a large detached material store.

As further expertise was added, the installation of process piping was added to the services offered including thermal fluid and industrial gas (Gas Safe registration number 182959).

Armultra Ltd now has extensive experience in the removal, overhaul and reinstatement of freezers, ovens, fryers and processing and packaging equipment. A modular conveyor system has been developed which can be tailored for many differing solutions and situations.

Our in house design department can offer a full range of ancillary equipment, storage tanks, access platforms, mezzanine decks, cat ladders and associated items.

Armultra’s workshops offer fabrication facilities for all types of construction from general sheet metal work to heavy plate and pipe. A comprehensive suite of welding procedures (in excess of 90) are in place covering the following materials copper, aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, alloy steels and duplex.

The company also boasts a special division which is focused on servicing the demanding needs of the petrochemical industry. We have successfully completed projects for both on-shore and off-shore applications, in both structural and piping disciplines.

Armultra Ltd utilises cutting edge technology using AutoCad drafting for producing its design and manufacturing drawings. Data using Jetcam can be relayed directly to an automated CNC punch allowing large and small production runs to be achieved to a high degree of accuracy. The company also operates a CNC brake press and guillotine.

Pressure vessels are designed using Finglow software to PD5500, ASME VIII, Lloyds rules for shipping, AD Merkblatter and Stoomwezen standards.

In 2009 Armultra achieved an integrated management system with full accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2008, BS EN ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Armultra Ltd offers innovative designs providing bespoke solutions for its clients, and is committed to delivering a first class customer focused service at a competitive price.
