Workshop Fabricated Storage Tanks

Having two overhead cranes and flexible access to the workshops allows us to fabricate Storage Tanks in our Premises up to 30 tonne in weight 5 metres diameter and 14 metres in length. This means Storage Tank designs can be manufactured to meet customer’s individual and specific requirements.Secondary equipment such as staircases, platforms, ladders and support frames can be fabricated to accompany the storage tanks to give easy and safe access to manways and nozzles.

We are able to manufacture tanks in a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium duplex and Hastelloy.

In addition we can offer full internal and external coating systems such as rubber lining, glass flake and epoxy coatings.

Site Erected Storage Tanks

For large capacity tanks we offer a site erection service for customers when the design criteria for large capacity tanks makes it difficult or costly to transport tanks in a safe manner.

Armultra Ltd pre-fabricate sections and components within our workshops and transport to site where our engineers will complete the construction. All risk assessments and method statements will be issued to the customer for approval before commencement of project. This means storage tank designs can be manufactured to meet customer’s individual and specific requirements.
